Klomy Design steht für Bekleidungen und Accessoires, deren multikulturelles Konzept, gepaart mit der Einzigartigkeit jeder Kreation, durch eine schicke und funkelnde Ausstrahlung zum Ausdruck kommt!
Klomy bedeutet „liebe mich“ auf Baoulé, eine ivorische Sprache. Ob Frau, Mann oder Kind, das Modelabel lädt mit jeder seiner Kreationen alle ein, sich eine durch Originalität und Eleganz geprägte Kleiderkollektion samt Accessoires anzueignen, die vor allem handgefertigt ist.
Tatsächlich wird das Sortiment Klomy Design in dem Atelier in der Elfenbeinküste von jungen Frauen unter Anleitung eines Schneiders angefertigt. Ziel ist es, ihnen einen Rahmen zu bieten, in dem sie sowohl ihre Kenntnisse vertiefen als auch ihr oft sehr bescheidenes Einkommen verbessern können.
Klomy Design möchte den Reichtum des Kulturschmelztiegels zwischen dem Westen und Afrika in Szene setzen. Klomy Design lässt sich von diesem Mix inspirieren, so dass die daraus entstehende Kreativität in der Einzigartigkeit jedes Kleidungsstückes der Marke sichtbar wird. Mit dieser Kreativität und dem Gespür für die Zusammenstellung von Farben, hochwertigen Stoffen und trendsetzenden, unterschiedlichen Stilrichtungen präsentiert Klomy Design kunstvolle Kreationen aus Textilien von nah und fern. Es sind insbesondere gedruckte Stoffe bzw. "Pagnes", "Bogolan", "Kita", "Bazin"…, auch andere Stoffe wie Jeans, Seide, Musselin, Krepp…, das Ganze kombiniert mit modernen, einzigartigen und beliebten Schnitten.
Die Designerin
Die Ehefrau und Mutter dreier Kinder entwirft schon als Studentin sowohl ihre Kleider als auch die ihrer Freundinnen. Aufgrund der guten Resonanz beginnt sie, diese außerhalb ihres Freundeskreises zu vermarkten. Nach Abschluss ihres Wirtschaftsingenieur-Studiums mit Schwerpunkt Marketing in der Elfenbeinküste, ihrer Heimat, sammelt sie dort im Handel mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung, bevor sie ihr eigenes Atelier erwirbt und leitet. Anschließend erfüllt sie sich mit der Kreation ihrer Marke Klomy Design ihren Wunsch und macht ihre Leidenschaft zum Beruf.
